How do I know which size to order?

For now, we have 5 different unisex styles:

While the Premium Hoodie and Premium Crew-Neck have similar fits with exceptional long sleeves, the other styles vary in shape. Ensure the right fit by checking the size guide, located on each product page. 

Recommendations for guys & girls:
+  Premium Hoodie & Premium Crew-Neck - take your usual size for an oversized look
+  Thin Crew-Neck, Premium T-Shirt, Premium Sherpa Jacket - size one up for an oversized look
+  If you are between 2 sizes, always size up.

Lastly, as we have regular fit items and oversized fit items, check in "All products" and use our Filter "Tags" to filter for regular fit and oversized fit

Can I return my order?

The short answer is "no".

SOHVI does not produce in advance. You place an order, and only then does your order go into production.

However, if the product is found to have a genuine quality issue, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. In these situations please:

  • Contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, write a clear description of the quality issue, and provide us with images of the quality issue.
  • Our team will review your case and guide you through the appropriate resolution process, which may include returning the item to us to receive a replacement or refund.

How long does production take?

We produce exclusively in Germany. The usual production time takes 4 working days but can vary depending on the demand for orders. Once your products receive their final touch-up, they will be directly sent to you. The additional delivery times can be found here.

How to take care of your SOHVI items?

For longevity and to preserve the great soft quality, we recommend the same carewash as for any pieces you love:

  • Turn your items inside out before washing to keep their color vibrant.
  • Wash at 30°C.
  • If you have it: wash with handwash or wool program. Alternatively, you can turn down the spinning intensity of your washing machine.
  • Avoid tumble driers. Letting clothes dry by air will harm them the least.
  • If you need to iron the items, use wool (2 dots) program and iron either inside out or lay a thin fabric on the item to avoid any burning.

In general, the less often you wash the items, the longer they will last.

Why are some products called "Premium"?

Our Premium products are 100% sustainable, meaning they are either from organic cotton or/and from recycled materials. While being sustainable they are absolutely not losing their wearing comfort. Especially our Premium Hoodie & Premium Crew-Neck are the most comfortable and high quality Sweater you will have worn.

How do I know which items have "embroidery" or "print"?

On each product page it will show either "PRINT" or "EMBROIDERY".

However, for a quick overview you can go to "All products" and use our Filter "Tags".

Under "Tags" you can even filter which kind of shape you are looking for (regular fit, oversized fit) and which certifications you would like your products to have (fair-trade, organic, recycled).

Which items are sustainable?

  • Our Premium products are from 100% sustainable materials
  • All our products are produced AFTER you order and therefore have a sustainable impact
  • For the exact certification info you can go to "All products" and use our filter "Tags" fair-trade, organic, recycled.

What is the difference between the "Thin Crew-Neck" and the "Premium Crew-Neck"?

The "Thin Crew-Neck" is, as the name already indicates, a thinner fabric. It still has a nice soft feeling but is lighter than usual Sweaters.

The "Premium Crew-Neck" on the other hand, has a very nice high quality material out of sustainable fibers.

The fit is slightly different: the "Premium Crew-Neck" is really oversized and has longer sleeves than the "Thin Crew-Neck". And the "Thin Crew-Neck" is more of a loose fit (less oversized).

What is the difference between the "Base Cap" and the "Premium Base Cap"?

Both Base Caps

  • are shaped the same way
  • have a reshapeable umbrella, meaning you can press the umbrella in a shape that you want. If you want a flat umbrella that reminds more of a rapper cap, that is possible but the same you can also shape it completely round to make it frame your face more nicely.

However the difference is that the 6-panles of the "Premium Base Cap" are less hard / have a thinner fabric. Furthermore, the "Premium Base Cap" is made from organic fiber.

How can we support small businesses effectively for free?

The easiest way for you to help small businesses these days, is to make the brand known:

  • engage with social media content

Why do I say "engage" and not "follow"?

Personally we are extremely thrilled about any follower we get on instagram. However, followers that do not engange with our content, are harmful for our account. Let me tell you why: When an account posts content, instagram will show that content to all their followers, but if their followers don't engage (like/comment/share/save) then instagram will not show the content to people outside of the follower-space. To get the posts shown to as many people as possible, any Like, Comment, Share or Save can help a small business like us.

Why are the product prices fairly high?

While we wish we could make the items cheaper, our margin is very little.

On-demand production and at the same time trying to be more sustainable where possible, is hard to realize for cheaper than what we offer.

As the saying goes: "Good & Cheap won't be fast. Fast & Good won't be cheap. Cheap & Fast won't be good."

Since we want to provide you with the best quality we can, while keeping the negative environmental impact low, I hope you understand the justification of our product prices.
